Food - Cryogenic blast freezer
Eliminating bacterial activity and combating bacteria with chilling and freezing are two of the major issues facing the food sector. The development of germs declines quickly as the temperature falls below the freezing point. This is because the product temperature has dropped, but also because free liquid water activity has decreased, depriving bacteria of the water they require to function. A food product’s danger of bacterial development is decreased by cooling it. A product can be quickly chilled (also known as flash frozen or cryogenic frozen) to further reduce this danger.
At Arya Agencies, we understand the importance of preserving the freshness and quality of food. That’s why we bring you our state-of-the-art Cryogenic Food Freezing technology, the solution to all your food preservation needs. Our team of experts has extensive experience in the food industry, ensuring that our Cryogenic Food Freezing solutions meet the highest standards of quality and safety. With our cutting-edge technology, you can rest assured that your food products will be preserved to the highest standard, retaining their freshness, quality, and flavor for longer.
Our cryogenic solutions quickly reduce the temperature of any food goods using liquid nitrogen gases, By preserving the freshness of the food, lowering product yield losses, and freezing and cryogenic chilling it, keeping the flavor and taste that customers want. Similar to freezing, cryogenic cooling provides faster cooling, better quality, longer shelf life, and financial savings.
Whether the product is raw chicken, fresh seafood, cooked meat, or vegetables, cryogenic gas chilling enhances food safety and product handling. One industry that is always faced with new obstacles is food processing.
- Dairy Product: Hardening ice cream, stabilizing desserts, etc.
- Dry Foods & Bakery: Freezing part-baked bread, fast-freezing rolls, pretzels, and prepared bakery products.
- Fish & Seafood: Handling of entire fish and fish filets, shrimps, clams, and other shellfish, etc.
- Fruit & Vegetables: Maintaining shape, texture, and flavor after defrosting – especially with high-value produce such as strawberries and raspberries.
Metal Treatment - Cryogenic treatment on metal
The Arya Agencies Cryogenic Process: – Arya Agencies uses a proprietary Cryogenic Treatment profile that utilizes ultra-slow ramps rates and stabilization stops throughout the entire process. In addition, we also perform the industry’s longest holds at -300 oF, with a minimum 24-hour dwell at temperature.
Statement of Compliance: – We validate all of our cryogenic treatment cycles to determine that all process parameters have been met. A Statement of compliance will accompany all standard cryogenic treatment orders that we process on a weekly basis. This is just another way to make sure our customers know they are getting the best possible service. We also can provide certificates of compliance if required for a nominal fee.
Processors for Any Size Part:- With multiple cryogenic processors in-house, we offer the flexibility to cryogenically treat parts of almost any size or weight that a customer may have. Since we have many cryogenic chambers, this gives us the ability to match most customer volume requirements.
Custom Temperature Profiles:- Arya Agencies offers custom cryogenic processes for a range of advanced applications. Arya Agencies has completed work for Indian government agencies, ISRO and ISTRAC, DRL contractors, universities, and private industry. We will work with you on creating a custom profile to meet your cryogenic processing needs.
Benefits of using our Cryogenic Treatment
- Increase Durability: More Consistent Grain Structure Following forging or casting, heat treatment is required for all steels. Heat treatment is used to give steel the desired properties, including changing the “unwanted” austenite crystal structure to the more desirable martensite crystal structure. In the heat-treating business, it is widely acknowledged that all heat-treated steels will have some percentage of RA following heat treatment; recipes routinely state that a RA will “not exceed” a specific percentage. Our Cryogenic treatment can aid in the transition of residual austenite into martensite. Arya Agencies’ Cryogenic treatment aids in the elimination of voids or flaws in the steel’s microstructure. This is a generally known and well-documented fact, as evidenced by X-Ray and SEM (scanning electron microscope) analyses of steels prior to and after cryogenic treatment.
- Improve Wear Resistance: Increase Carbon Structure In Steel Steel is an alloy composed of iron and other elements, the most common of which is carbon. You can adjust the hardness, ductility, and tensile strength of steel by varying the amount of carbon and other components and how they develop in the steel. When carbon is used, its amount in steel ranges from 0.2% to 2.1% by weight, depending on the grade of steel. The greater the carbon content the harder and stronger the steel will be, i.e. toolsteels. When steels are cryogenically treated, the carbon structure is modified through a mechanism that is technically described as “the precipitation of eta-carbides”. After Cryogenic Treatment, more eta-carbides particles are formed. The population of these eta-carbides, both bright (white) and dark (black), is greatly boosted.
Metal Treatment - Shrink Fitting
Cryogenic Shrink fitting is a technique that achieves an interference fit through a relative size change after assembly. This is typically accomplished by heating or chilling one component prior to assembly and allowing it to return to room temperature after assembly, so utilizing the phenomena of thermal expansion to form a junction. Unlike high-temperature expansion, which can permanently alter material properties, shrink-fitting only modifies the mechanical properties of the components briefly. Only one component is dealt with. It is cryogenically cooled to subzero temperatures, such as by immersing the component in liquid nitrogen (-196° C).
rya Agencies’ Cryogenic Shrink Fitting Service is the solution for companies looking to improve their manufacturing processes and reduce downtime. Here are some of the benefits of using our service:
- Enhanced Part Strength: Cryogenic treatment increases the strength and durability of metal parts, making them more resistant to wear and tear.
- Improved Tolerance: The controlled cooling and heating process of cryogenic shrink fitting results in parts with improved dimensional stability and tighter tolerances.
- Reduced Downtime: With stronger, more durable parts, companies experience less downtime and maintenance, leading to increased productivity and reduced costs.
- Increased Efficiency: By improving the fit and function of parts, cryogenic shrink fitting helps companies increase their manufacturing efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.
- Cost-Effective: Our service is cost-effective and provides a high return on investment, making it an excellent option for companies looking to improve their bottom line.
